I think that’s one very real issue that needs to be addressed is how much medication is being thrown around and the fact that there is not a lot of oversight. Because there aren’t hospitals in these rural communities and there aren’t a lot of doctors. The doctors are spread very very thin, so Harley has to talk to a therapist on a television screen. There is only a nurse practitioner in a clinic. This is not to say that these people are ill-intentioned, but there’s this disparity of people needing care and there not being adequate services. Unfortunately, what happens is a lot of overmedication...."
